Hey gang. My father in law is trying to find the history of a 1940 Packard that his grandfather traded in on a new 1957 Plymouth. I have the vin for the Packard but since it isn't 17 digits I am having a hard time searching for history on the car. I found a few services that charge $40 - $85 to search which I don't mind paying, but I would at least like to know if they can find info before I pay for it. What service have others used?
