Hi Brant,
Actually, my water in all four tanks has been pretty good the last few months. I don't have a lot of reason to complain in that regard. Switching to RO water a while back really helped maintain PH. I did some more water testing on Aria's 20 gallon tank last night... everything came out looking good. I keep the water level in that tank very high to keep it quiet, with the protein skimmer, Penguin Mini biowheel and powerhead all going at once for filtration and current. I think it was just a freak accident. Here's a picture of the 55 gallon FW. Attached image(s) |

That's a good size for a tank.
My buddy Paul and his wife just got a 210 gal tank. Friggin' Huge! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/blink.gif) |

Yes, it's a framed map of all the known dive sites on the coast or sea, from Eilat to Africa. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

Picture of Pam is on the other wall.
Good eye. The skull and crossbones banner is from the Sinai. The aviation unit that I was assigned to had the nickname of Rumrunners, and there was the same motif on our patch. |
