Looks like a 914-6 that I raced against with Porsche club in the late 80's, early 90's but also appears some front mods have been done.
Car was owned by a nice ( older ) guy from Lodi who also liked fast boats.
Given enough time, I might even remember his name ...

930 Flairs and has the 930 rockers also.
I was hoping some one knew were it was. EASY had a picture if it on the wall by the door in about 1990-1992

Yes, it had the big flares when I raced against it ... he also had a BIG engine although I don't recall what size, etc.
