Hey gang, Hows it going? Long time since the last post. My dad is diggin on the car.
Had a question though. When we were searching around we found POR 15 and some other rust product that folks used widely. What was the other product? Thanks gang... adam |

por15 just encapsulates the rust. Eastwood makes a product that does that too.
Metal ready (from POR 15 ) converts the rust, as does Ospho. There are others that I'm sure other people will add to the list... |

years ago i found a product in hemmings motor news. worked extremely well and much more durable than por or others. it is called miracle paint sold by bill hirsch. i found that most of the others rust stabalizers would lift after a while. i used miracle paint on a car once and never had a bubble form under the paint or any lifting/flaking. one word of caution. never get miracle paint on your skin, it will not come of for few weeks (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif)
