the reserve is $12k, which seems high. it's been repainted on one side (crash?). the battery area looks a little suspect, it appears to be painted black with spray paint.

shift-linkage, speedo-cable, clutch cable, e-brake cables ...

they look too small for oil-lines, plus all the other oil-lines on the car are braided lines ...

i was just guessing. but you're right, throttle cable goes to the tranny first on a /6 ...
