I am looking for plan or a source (and any one with experience with) a rotisserie. I am at the grind and and weld stage of body work and think a rotisserie would be helpful. Also anyone have an opinion on the best way to get rid of rust on a 914 body: grind it off? Sand blast it off? What is the original paint on these cars. Seems awful durable.

Hi
(IMG:style_emoticons/default/welcome.png)
A rotisserie is a realy good way to work on the 914. The body is lite and can be swung easily. Most people build thier own rotisserie, or try to find a used one.
Run a search here, you will see some different examples of members ideas.
Unfortunately there is no special technique to removing rust... (IMG:style_emoticons/default/sawzall-smiley.gif)

How about some pics?
