blah.....

i cant win. so... summer comes. have one week off between school and work. lets put in the tranny with short gears..... spend the better part of 3 days doing under car stuff.... found a crack in my euro header (welded up by claytons friend now..) and little stuff...

day 3. trans in. headers in. axles hooked up. all done. freaking 100 degrees out.....

turn key...

loud gear noises.... (yes it has fluid....) and was in neutral...

no AX for me this weekend......

Put the old tranny in and run it...

If I can drive all the way to Santa Ana and see Thomas then drive all the way to Riverside to see, er, uh, no one, (THANKS RON) but still pick up parts and then drive 4 hours (due to multiple fires on the grapevine) back to Bakersfield, you can swap in the old tranny tonight, hang out with Dad Tomorrow during the day even thought it's technically NOT fathers day and still make the a/x...

Yoo can doo eeet!!!

PS: Was gonna call ya earlier but I was too pissed about the fires and traffic...

AAAron!! Have you learned NOTHING? OK, everyone all together. "Installation is reverse of removal". What's so hard about that? Of course you just mucked up the installation so your next removal wont be valid when you go to install so I guess your just SOL. Where the hell is the EVIL DOCTOR when we need him?
