Looking for a good machine shop in the area that know what they're doing.

Any recommendations?

Len at HAM inc (Hoffman Auto Machine) in Georgia does 914 heads the right way.

Adrian at Headflow Masters in Calif does good work.

Those are the two I know do good work and the seats will not fall out.

Len also does have little things like HD springs, nice valve retainers, better valve spring retainers...for a little more rpm that stock. Len works with Jake to produce the LE heads which are ported/milled by a CNC for excellent results.

What needs to be done?? Bigger valves? stay with a max of 44x38 to keep port veloicity up. Cams? go to Jakes store for a cam and matched lifters. His don't go flat.
