Hi, I took my steering wheel off. Then the plate for the horn. Under that a black plastic piece with 4 long screws. Now I cannot get the turn signal switch all the way off because the wires are too short. Looking past it I do not see the plastic bushing. I see a large snap ring and a steel collar that spins free. When I grab the shaft it does move a bit. Also it looks like the housing is loose a little. There are two allen bolts that may need to be tightened up. Where should I go to get a custom steering wheel, adaptor and this bushing for the column? My car is a 1971. Thanks for your help in advance, Don
