Check Camp914. They do an ashtray delete, but not sure about the vents.

the defog vents are part of the dash top.....
i made a masonite template and omitted the vent openings, recovered it and glued the whole piece in wayyyyy easier. |

CAMP 914 has an ashtray delete option and we can also add the vent delete option.
