i have tried fro the last 30 minutes to get my tranny mounted on my engine.
i pulled the starter but cant get it on no matter how hard i try. is there some trick to doing it? -jim |

Double check that the clutch is centered...
Also put the trans in gear so you can move the output shafts and ensure the splines can line up... BJH |

Did you use an alignment tool on the clutch plate? If the plate is not correct the
shaft splines will not mate with the clutch plate. You can loosen the preasure plate and move the clutch plate and eyeball it to the center. Don't forget to tighten the bolts again. |
