I was in the PET looking a CV joints. They only list one 914.332.029.03 for the 4 models. What makes the 4 different from the 6? I cannot remember the difference? Is it the splines on the shaft?

Yes.

As I recall the balls may be different size as well. I know the inner race of the 914/6 will not exchange with the inner race of the 914/4.

I'm pretty sure that the spline count is different also. Not 100% sure, but...

I have 2 new /6 joints somewhere around here. In fact I think I got them form you a year or so ago Mark. If I can fine them tomorrow I'll count splines and get a part number.

And the count on the splines shall be 33. Not 31, nor 32, but 33.

(As far as I can remember for the 914/6 parts)
