I suppose it could be either, but is the thread pitch for the M6 & M8 fasteners 1.0mm or 1.25mm? Is it mixed?

(IMG:style_emoticons/default/agree.gif) There are a few exceptions on our lil teeners. If you don't have a tap & die set, your best bet is to get a nut & bolt of each size/pitch so as to be able to "test" the thread(s) in question. -pt |

The reason I was asking is I was going to purchase the most common lengths from Mcmaster Carr, but noticed the M8 comes in two different thread pitches.
