What's the difference between being an isolated crackpot and an oppressed minority?

OK here they are...... Yellow one is my first restoration. It was fun and I spent too much money (go figure) but learned a ton.

Then there is the red one..... working on this one. 73 2.0 but eventually to be a 2.4 with MFI. About 175HP. I am looking into what it would take to get it to ST which were 290HP

Then there is the blue one which has some great parts including the 2.0 motor which I put into the red car (for now) and the nice wheels..... but it was rotted out in most of the common areas and then some.

Then there was the white one that I sold soon after getting it. I just needed the trans, some trim, the wheels and the lenses.

Well, the yellow 72 is getting picked up by the shipper tomorrow morning. I've been sitting out there at sunset looking at the car for the past few nights knowing it's no longer mine and it never looked better...... took me a year and a half to get it finished. Why is it that when it's sold it looks so much better than the day before??? Some lucky couple in Oregon will be driving it tomorrow night. This car runs perfect. I like it so much I even did some extra work on it after they bought it and I'm throwing in a box of goodies so the owner can play with it too.... Make some changes or choices to make it his own... Call me crazy.....
