Nice looking car Erik. I really like the ATS wheels.

As far as parts . . . since your dad already has one I think you guys need a parts car too. Whats a 3rd 914 (just for the record I'm still working on my mom) (IMG:style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif)

Hi Erik,

Welcome to the land of insanity, or whatever your mother, grandmother and aunt think of all of us. That makes 6 914s in the family, (including a couple that are just shells).

But, send more pictures please.

The wheels look great, as I had a set like that about 32 years ago, but mine NEVER were that clean!!!

Suggestion, NEVER sell the driver side mirror, but find another one for the passenger side. The holes are already in the door, just hiding under the skin.

I also really like the look of the early bumpers, and always likes signal orange.

Nice!

Grandpa.....

Hello Erik.

(IMG:style_emoticons/default/welcome.png)

So you now have the madness.....

Good looking car. Show some more pics of what you find under the rockers and in the battery tray area, and the interior, etc. ,etc. ,etc.

I'm getting some parts together to send to you (that your dad asked me about).

Start reading all the manuals you can.

Have a Happy Halloween!

Oh, Tangerine, not signal orange...my goof. Is "tangerine" darker? Always liked orange ever since I saw the Miles Collier car at Mid-Ohio (maybe a hundred years ago).

Of course a 914 of any color 9 (except rust color) is a blast to drive, and to look at.

That's sweet.
I wonder if we have any other families with 3 generations of 914 owners...
How about pic's of each family member with his respective 914(s) ?

I'm camera shy. About the only pics you will see me in the frame with the car is when I'm DRIVING it out on the track with a helmet on.

Here is one of me in Dad's car......

Erik,
How about you take some more pictures this weekend and post them here on this thread.
I guess I'll have to visit warm and cheerful soon to see it, because you probably will
not be able bring it over here at Christmas.
