OK. winter's here and it's time for last decisions on my exterior. Any suggestions will be appreciated! I'm going with Olympia Blue for exterior.
1. Bumpers black or body color? 2. What's the big taboo on Riviera's? 3. Rockers black or body color? 4. Solid top or sunroof? 5. Sail and rollbar vinyl or paint? 6. Fog light grills, chrome or black? 7. Here's a biggie!!! Engine grill black or body color with black lettering???? Thanks and a hat tip to all who have helped me so far with my other problems. 1. Black
2. They are heavy and can crack under stress 3. Black 4. Solid 5. IDK, I need to see an Olympia blue car 6. Silver, it works with the black bumper and provided nice contrast 7. Paint the lid all blue, and then the mesh black. IMHO The black mesh looks really good over the body colored lid. |

1. Black
2. I guess it's because they aren't as good as others. I like fuchs the best myself. 3. Black 4. Solid 5. I think it depends on the color of the car. yours would look good either way. 6. Paint them the same as the bumper. Gives a stealthy look. 7. Grill balck with chrome lettering for your car. |

First things first: the color is Olympic blue, not Olympia blue. This is my car--bumpers are black, sail panel black, rockers black. I think it looks great this way.

1. Black all the way
2. If you like Rivieras, keep them till yuo get something you like more 3. Rockers Black for contrast 4. Why use a sunroof, just take off the top 5. Paint only, don't let rust sneak under the vynel 6. I like chrome 7. Your blue would look best in black with no letters (that was my choice, I like to keep them guessing) 8. Bottom line is it's your choice. Look at pics of other 914s till you see what you like MSG L |
