Here is the link to a 914-6 in Germany

http://cgi.ebay.de/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewIt...202287&rd=1

It is amazing what people will bid on. I didn't think the supply of real 6s had gotten that bad.

this one has both VIN tags that European cars have - and the original registration paperwork
I saw people paying more than EUR 3k for things like this (IMG:style_emoticons/default/screwy.gif)

that's everything you will need in Germany to upgrade your 4-to-6-conversion to an "original" 914-6
and we all know where the prices for original 914-6 go

Correct me if I'm wrong, but is this a '72 vin? Made in September? I don't read German. All I'm thinking is this is one of the last sixes made.
Need help here to explain.

correction: it doesn't say "Made in September", but "1st registered in September" - that just tells us that the car was a non-seller ...

Clearly somebody is buying the vin. There's nothing else of value there.
