Had our first AX of the year yesterday. Felt good to be out there again. It was only my third event, but it is so fun in the teener. I always amazes me just how nimble these cars are.
Can't wait for the next opportunity, the car was awesome, the driver needs a lot more seat time!!!!!!!! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/clap56.gif) (IMG:style_emoticons/default/blink.gif) |

I also got to autocross a 914 for the first time this weekend. A beautiful red car that was an absolute blast. Thanks for the ride jdogg. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)
BTW: You snaked me on your last run. Apparantly I had a cone on my last run. We both had plenty of room for improvement though. I went for a ride in the Opel later, no fun runs though (IMG:style_emoticons/default/sad.gif) and remembered what really fast felt like. Derfinitely have some incentive to get mine on the road now. And to learn how to shift (1-4 crap-2-5-crap-3-4 crap-2 etc) |
