1500 members now belong to this BBS,,, hmmmm must be getting close to everything for sale on ebay for a 914 is from someone who is a member.... Of course the vendors don't count..... didn't think there were that many teeners still on the road.

I think it was agreed from earlier posts that a 10% remainder of cars is possible (to a max of 20%) or some 12,000 cars. So if 75% went to North America that would be 9,000 cars. We have a way to go in our membership drive as not everyone here owns 6 cars (9,000/1500= 6)

If we're right about aprox 9,000 cars, it's amazing that such a strong aftermarket for parts is out there..., I mean, who figures out that they can make $$ with so few cars left. when people ask me how i keep mine running, and I explain that it's easy to get almost everything they are amazed.
