I was wondering if anyone knows of anyone selling Repop Heat Exchanger covers or am I just wishing for something that doesn't exist??

Not any more.
But you can find SSI stainless heat exchangers and they are VERY nice. They will all be used, though. If you can find a new set, expect to pay over a grand.

I think thats an exaggeration, Zach. If you watch the ads here, 914 club, Pelican, maybe even craigslist, I think you can find some for $750 or less- of course that isn't cheap either...

You might see if Mittlemotor.de has them. Lothar Stockl had/has a parts business 914Estaziele (sp) in Germany and used to sell replacement shells for factory heat exchangers, only 4 cyl.
