I know many of you post over on Pelican and have done so for years (Z and Manfred for one). Several years ago, I met a great guy, Milt Becker, aka Zeke that posted on the original 914 Club site some years ago. He's been doing welding and bodywork on my 914 for several years and I've recommneded him to several folks here in the past.

Well, Milt has decided to "hang it up" on the Pelican board and perhaps all car related stuff. He's just finishing up some work on my car and it sounds likely the last Porsche related project he takes. He is walking away from the car hobby altogether. I know many of you know him so I thought I'd drop a link to his farewell post.

Good luck Milt on whatever you do.

So what's his problem that he's not going to work on any cars anymore? He's a member here so I guess if he wanted to tell us he would have.

Read the pelican post. Oh brother... more drama. I can certainly do without that.

With no explanation it is a waste of time. He's only made 25 or so posts on this board in the last 5 years. As far as I knew he had given up on car stuff. At least 914 related stuff.

So make it worth the time. What's the story?
