I will help with this if someone will post a list of vendors we would like to market. NOW ?? Contact media for possible event coverage and issue press releases I will help with this also Who do we want to target. I don't have time to think about this. I'm in the middle of a file review at work. I will look at a list and make cold calls if someone will make the list. Someone do the Thinking and I'll do the calling. |

Rich your are so energetic! But I dont want you to overcommit. We would rather see (feel, smell, touch, hear) the Alien, than listen to some excuse that 'I was too busy making phone calls for the WCC...so I had to leave the Alien home...' You are already doing the awards trophies, that is plenty on your plate.
Someone else needs to step up to the plate. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) |

Thanks, Your right. But as much as I want the Alien at the event, I want the event to be a success. It's hard not to stick my nose in. Your right about having a lot to do. But the Trophies won't be bad to do. I'm supervising the crew. (slave labor) Their lined up waiting for the vinyl cutter to give us a sample.
We seem very short handed. For this size of an event. I didn't realize what happened to Steve until this afternoon. Steve, If your still poppin in here, I'm truely sorry for what happened to you. You've always been a straight shooter with me. I really want to meet you when I come to the Classic and Hope your there. I hope you can find it in yourself to be bigger than the people that were trashing you on this board. We all still have a common interest and that's what counts. I just came in from working on the car. I had a moment of panic this afternoon when I realized I really have about 2 months to finish the car. The front calipers are in but I still need to install the 19mm master and bleed the system, I sent my tach to Clevland last week to a friend for a V8 conversion, I have never heard the motor run, It needs all new gaskets and seals before final install, I need to finish the cooling system, I have to push the upholstery guy along if I'm going to have a back pad and my Pasha seats, I have nice stock black seats he did for me but I really want the interior to pop when you look at it. I have a guy building a removable sub box to be placed between the seats and connect to a custom console, I have to lengthen the wiring harness, and I still have to repaint the car inside and out. I put out some calls today to some of my auto body family and let them know They are in on the marathon. I'm starting to sweat again1 (IMG:style_emoticons/default/ohmy.gif) |
