As topic states, I just bought the seal that goes between the engine grill and the lid (see photo). Is there a way to just slide it in or do I have to take the grill off?
The grill is attached to the lid with some factory rubber over metal quick screws (see photo), if I have to take the grill off, what is the best way to take those quick screws off? Thanks, Levon Attached image(s) |

I bought a new seal but decided to leave it out after I had it installed. I think it looks cleaner like that and it's easier to wax etc. Not sure how it would look on an older paint job though since the paint may be a different shade there.
