This was on the back side of a interior firewall insulation pad. First one I have ever seen.

"Versand Freigabe" means that the part 914.556.129.11 was inspected and cleared for shipment by the "Prüfer" (means inspector, followed by the name of the guy who did the inspection) and the listed "Datum" (date) ...

please note that european dates are DD/MM/YY ...

a quick search of the part number yields this:
