Howards' Widow has decided that it is time to sell Suzi. As far as I can remember, it was set up as an autocross car when he bought it (can't find the thread on Pelican). Asking price is $12K. Howard took really special care of this car. If you have an offer to make, contact Toast and she will give you a phone number to call.
The good: 1.) Really good paint job .. less than 2 years old 2.) Strong 2.0L motor with stock D-Jet Injection 3.) No rust anywhere 4.) Car can be driven ANYWHERE ... yea, coast to coast (and back) if necessary 5.) 4 Fuchs with Toyo tires (sticks like glue) 7.) Fiberglass bumpers and covers front and rear 8.) I haven't looked at the shock /swaybar assemblies to tell you what kind they are. 9.) 4 point camlock seatbelts / shoulder harness (no submarine belt) The bad (maybe): 1.) All fresh air and heater components have been removed and blocked off. 2.) The starter has a glitch periodically ... I can include a Ford solenoid to solve this problem quickly. 3.) Needs the catch on the rear trunk replaced or fixed ... won't lock down Now the pictures: (IMG:http://i239.photobucket.com/albums/ff312/professor914/cars/howie/h.jpg) (IMG:http://i239.photobucket.com/albums/ff312/professor914/cars/howie/h1.jpg) (IMG:http://i239.photobucket.com/albums/ff312/professor914/cars/howie/h2.jpg) (IMG:http://i239.photobucket.com/albums/ff312/professor914/cars/howie/h3.jpg) (IMG:http://i239.photobucket.com/albums/ff312/professor914/cars/howie/h4.jpg) (IMG:http://i239.photobucket.com/albums/ff312/professor914/cars/howie/h5.jpg) (IMG:http://i239.photobucket.com/albums/ff312/professor914/cars/howie/h6.jpg) (IMG:http://i239.photobucket.com/albums/ff312/professor914/cars/howie/h7.jpg) (IMG:http://i239.photobucket.com/albums/ff312/professor914/cars/howie/h8.jpg) (IMG:http://i239.photobucket.com/albums/ff312/professor914/cars/howie/h9.jpg) (IMG:http://i239.photobucket.com/albums/ff312/professor914/cars/howie/h10.jpg) (IMG:http://i239.photobucket.com/albums/ff312/professor914/cars/howie/h11.jpg) (IMG:http://i239.photobucket.com/albums/ff312/professor914/cars/howie/h12.jpg) (IMG:http://i239.photobucket.com/albums/ff312/professor914/cars/howie/h13.jpg) (IMG:http://i239.photobucket.com/albums/ff312/professor914/cars/howie/fresh_air.jpg) |
