I was looking through the COA threads, not one showed a factory radio. Is
there a way to know what radio your car with? I know most where dealer installed, but just curious if any one has one on there COA if it was a factory install. |

Aside from one 914/6, tha has long ago gone to the boneyard, I've never seen a 914 with a factory istalled radio. Doesn't mean that it didn't happen - I just haven't seen any others.
I got my Blaupunkt Frankfort from Crutchfield in late '72 - easy install. I was stretched to my financial limit when I bought my 914 in August '72 for $4295 with app grp. There were NO discounts. So, I had to wait until I had the cash for a radio. Hell, as a chemist, I made $10K/year. Times do change! Pat |
