He is referring to the width of the flares . normally, when people get a set of "normal" size flares, they are usually 7" in the front and 8" in the back, and if you do 9" in the back, you have gone wild. I have 9" in the front and 11" in the back, and I think there are guys here with flares wider than that !!!.....Mr.C, I see your car was at a car show in your avatar. It looks Immaculate. Is that considered a concours car ? It looks great, more pics please.

No, im not reffering to the width of the flairs. 914 flairs are different in design from the front to the rear, someone screwed up and put rear flairs on the front of your car but I dont think that will really bother you though. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

You are rite. It doesn't bother me. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif) They also screwed up when they made my targa top match the car, when they shaved my rear 916 bumper to be flush with the back, when they shaved my door handles, when they took the chrome off of my windshield and screwed up by puting on the new rubber windshield molding with the new tinted windshield, when they replaced the stock mirrors with the "baby turbos", put on the GT engine lid, added the rear spoiler and reflective lens, and GT rocker panels, But then they really screwed up when they fiberglassed the entire kit together, and somehow the flairs fit perfectly into the GT rocker panels, and the spoiler went smooth into the trunk lid. I wonder how that happened??? (IMG:style_emoticons/default/shades.gif) And just to make the matter worse, they then added a conversion to the car with an operational hood scoop, V-6 emblums, Porsche crests, new suspension with chassis re-inforcements, and 18" Porsche BBS 911 factory "chrome painted"rims and Pirelli Tires..........I just can't stand the way this guy screwed up my car (IMG:style_emoticons/default/av-943.gif) Thanks for bringing it to our attention. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/slap.gif) Oh yea, one more screw up I'm sure you noticed, the car is said to be green.
