I'm trying to purchase a spindle/disc sander from someone in SLO and was wondering if anyone in that area might be coming into the LA area that could transport it for me. Gas money down and a few bucks for your time would ofcourse be included. Just checking my options...

Gents-
Thanks for the responses. The item is somewhat large, its a spindle/disc sander. I'm in no particular hurry for it, so I could wait. I'd say it would probably take a truck to transport and its around 200lbs. I'm afraid to mention it to the wife, I'm sure she'd love to have US pick it up AND spend the next few days wine tasting (IMG:style_emoticons/default/dry.gif) . Kind of kills the savings from a nice CL find (IMG:style_emoticons/default/blink.gif) This is the tool: http://www.grizzly.com/products/Spindle-Sander/G0529 Kev |
