I've been looking for a 914 driver for quite awhile , and have stumbled over 912's in the process that look like good deals and i'm curious if they would be better suited for me.
914 pro 's con's / 912 pro's con's : 914-mid engine + 914 con , it's kind of small and i'm 6-2 with long legs and arms , big feet will the 912 be better space wise and what is everyone's read on the 912 in general ??? Rust , what else ??? i've seen 912's for big money and not so big . and compared with 914-4's{ only} i've seen some 914 's that are nice for 10 to 6 grand . So money wise what's goes on with 912's - are 912's under 10 K . a good buy or really dangerous money pit? 1969 Porsche 912 - $6800 - $6800 Reply to: see below Date: 2009-02-19, 10:05AM PST 1969 Porsche 912, runs and drives great. Paint has a great shine, not rusty like most old Porsche's. Has a 5 speed that shifts smoothly, Recaro seats and 15" Fuchs wheels. $6800, Attached image(s)
