One of the downsides of using a smaller steering wheel is that you have limited visibility of some of your gauges.
Well, at least if you're any taller than Clay ... (IMG:style_emoticons/default/poke.gif) I've been running my Tach upside down for quite a while now which really helps with the visibility. However, i am not quite happy with the looks. So i decided to make my own Tach face for the upside down Tach. Below is a picture of the new Tach face i made ... Keep the tach right side up and just move the numbers...
We do the turned tach all the time, here is one we just sent out. This one in particular had a 6250 redline, so we put it at 12:00 Do you want the correct Porsche numbers? I can send them to you if you want. Mark Attached image(s) ![]() |

Keep the tach right side up and just move the numbers... Problem with that is, i can't see the turn signal indicators either if they stay on top. Plus, i wouldn't be able to see the redline on that Tach of yours! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/huh.gif) I'm happy with the way it works right now, the only annoying thing is that the numbers are upside down. That's why i thought about making my own face for it.
