I broke this down into sub groups so we can track each item to conclusion. Only post in the information about awards in the thread.
I read something about this but we need to lock this down. Who is in charge of Awards. Are we making stuff or buying stuff? Either way where's the money coming from? Are we getting door prizes for participants from vendors? Are we going to have goodie bags to hand out with "T" shirts and stuff in them? |

Stable Energies gave me 4 gift certificates:
3 - $25 1 $300 value coupon for a crazy camber/sway bar thing. AutoXers would appreciate it...probably alot. If we could think of a way to distribute these gifts Saturday during the swap. So it could be redeemed right on the spot. Stable Energies is transporting their entire store to Hershey. They have a huge trailer and tarp store front. |
