Any one in the twin cities know a good mechcanic,fairly priced, who would work on my 2.0 914? It needs a valve job at least. Maybe an engine rebuild.

Its tough to find good type 4 mechanics up here.
Try joe jeppesen in chanhassen, I don't know if he will still work on type 4 but he does lots of high end 911 work with good results. His roots were in vw. Good luck, otherwise get raby's video and do it your self, It isn't that bad and you can learn more of your car. |
