I have a pair of late type rear hubs that are converted to 5 lug.

They were stripped and zinc plated.

I have 50 mm studs or 65 mm studs for $25 for a set of ten.

50 mm studs will work with up to 5 mm spacers. I tried one with a stock rotor, no spacer and Porsche lug nut and it did nut bottom out. The locking type lug nut did not have quite enough thread to tighten down.

Flat rate shipping of $10.35 USPS Priority mail.
