Neat idea. I think hybrids should be using diesel engines, because for a given displacement, a diesel makes more torque than a gasoline engine.
I have a friend who sold his RX-8 (because of its poor gas mileage) and bought a Prius instead. He gets better gas mileage now, but the commute has to be positively dreary now. |
