Hey all I have a 914 i just picked up with the crappy 2bbl carb kit on it, I am going to switch over to a 40 IDF setup the car is a 1.8 any recommendations on venturi and jetting sizes for it or where I can look up this type of informaiton?

I'd use 28mm to 30mm venturis, 135 mains, 180 airs, 50 idles. If there is
a high performance cam in the 1.8, I'd go with 145 mains, 200 airs and 55 idle jets. Hope it helps. |
