I came across this ad for an Audi with Fuchs. Were these factory installed wheels
or were they added later?

What other cars came originally with Fuchs???

These are not Fuchs for Porsche AFAIK.
Fuchs is a metal working manufacturer that makes parts for many manufacturers. The popular "S"alloy calipers for the 911 that were supplied by ATE were in fact made from castings/forgings produced by Fuchs; you can clearly see the Fuchs fox logo on the calipers.
