I came across this ad for an Audi with Fuchs. Were these factory installed wheels
or were they added later?

What other cars came originally with Fuchs???

Audi & Porsche teamed up to deliver the RS2. A 80 chassis Avant (wagon) with a I5 20v Turbo that was tuned by Porsche. This car was OE equipped with Porsche Cup wheels (which I think were also produced by Fuchs) as well as a sprinkling of other Porsche parts bin hardware.
