Is there a way to set up a choke on dual weber 40mm's.

Nate, You might find that the choke cable will restrict gas pedal operation. The factory hand throttle was effective because it didn't attach to the gas pedal in any way. It was only an adjustable stopper, and therefore only had any effect/interaction when you foot was off the gas completely.
