Apparently a dealership offered a challenger on ebay but forgot to set the reserve. Guy wins it but the dealership will not honor the deal. WTF (IMG:style_emoticons/default/bs.gif)

WTF (IMG:style_emoticons/default/bs.gif) Challenger forum page Autoblog Look how much attention this has gotten! WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Exactly my point from above... what's advertising cost these days? If you figure invoice minus holdback on the Charger, the Dealer "could" have made this a win win by getting a ton of free good publicity by honoring the deal, and lost likely around 7k on one car. As of now they are getting a bunch of bad publicity, are going to lose customers for life, and in they end, when they resell the car, make a few grand, big whoop. |
