So....a lot of world mebers own tail draggers aas drivers and not "donor vehicles"....I have one, the oft maligned bastard cabriolet that has an 83 SC frame, 72 body panels and a 3.6 stuffed into the rear.
Today I talked to Rich in Eugene. He's picking up a 911 for CHEAP. Rich also goes by "Shade Tree" and is a good friend. He'll post pics. Let's get a list of the wankers who secretly own the "other pinky lifting Porsche".....wasser pumpers doan count..... BTW, I DO have a 914/6....I hope it will be at WCR. Attached image(s) |

Well, the deal fell through but has opened up another possibility. I didn't take pics of it yet but it needs work. Mostly cosmetic. I think it's a 68 or 69. Stockish 2.0 full cage, slicks. It comes with all parts needed to return it to stock as well. Right now it's pretty well stripped. But no rust and it's mechanically sound.......I think. I'm not finished bartering yet.
