i am re- installing rebuilt calipers on my 73 2.0. 2 questions

the calipers have 2 bleeder holes in them .i plan to use 2 speed bleeders and 2 reg bleeders (as plugs), should the speed bleeders go on the top or the bottom

also where does this plate go?

Speeds on the top. Bottom bleeder is useless except to fill the lines and/or drain the calipers.

That plate is the lock plate for the caliper mounting bolts. Bolt, plate, ear on strut. Bend tap up against bolt when tightened.
