For some time I have been seeing Ghias and VW convertables selling for prices way above 914s. What gives?

It's a beautiful body, and imperfections really bother me. I feel like if I had a 914, I wouldn't care so much about how it looks, but more about how it runs. And that's really the part of the car-hobby that I enjoy - working on the mechanicals. I'm just not a "paint-n-interior" guy. |
