How is your pump mounted?. Here is mine, a Holley. It sounds like a coffee grinder, doesn't have the 3 second shutoff feature of the stock pump, and is louder than the engine itself @ idle.

George,

Your pump is real quiet. It is wrapped in rubber and is mounted in two clamps that where rubberized.

I typically mount that pump on two stock 914 rubber mounts.
