The Host hotel is Laquinta in White City.
Thursday night meet & greet. Friday Looks like Brittain is willing to head up the AutoX setup. Although there isn't alot of that. It is more the logistic side of making sure we know there rules & follow them. BBQ lunch provided Saturday Show & shine to start the day. Then drive up to Crater Lake with a lunch somewhere in Route. Possibly have the show & shine that night (If not Saturday morning). Catered dinner & awards Sunday Is pretty much our standard SEE YAH (IMG:style_emoticons/default/aktion035.gif) . There will be an optional drive to the coast. Everyone is welcome to head that way then break off. Or just head home as they want. Okay well this is the first of many posts for next years WCR Ramble. I do plan to make this the best overal WCR to date (IMG:style_emoticons/default/drooley.gif) |

I am thinking more along the lines of just the Thursday autoX. I think 2 days it to much also. We will have a bigger turn out with an autoX included. I really like doing it the thursday. Then the rest of the weekend is just our typical fun. We have our fun runs both days. Plus our usual parking lot evening fun. I also will point out having an AutoX is damn fun (IMG:style_emoticons/default/driving.gif) . I don't plan on the autoX being to serious a thing. It wil be catered more to the people that don't typically do it. With some time for those that do also.
So lets figure the Friday being the coast run, Saturday the run to Crater lake. I think the Show & Shine with voting for awards is best setup on saturday morning. I figured to expand our pool of awards. What did you think of those days in june John ? |
