curious...after my deployment in Iraq my unit will be staying in Germany permanently....so that means I will be there for about a year and change...thinking of buying a teener over there...whats the market like for them down there....if it sucks will just buy a bimmer to blow up...Also...one cool thing is that I can have the teener shipped back to cali when I get out of the army... QUOTE(Bleyseng @ Mar 14 2004, 08:08 PM)
When I went to Holland and Germany this fall I saw 3.
Jeroen's two and one at Mittlemotor, thats it.
I also went to a Porsche club meet and talked to all the guys there about Porsches and pretty much Jeroen is the 914 guy besides Jacco in Holland. There just aint any left!
Mittlemotor says there are still a few and most of them are sixes although the counterperson had a 73 2.0l that he was doing lots of rust repair on.

Geoff

Well, there are e few left, but you just don't seem to come across them. I've only seen one or two 914's running around in the wild since I drive a 914 (about 4 years now)
As a proof that there are a couple of teeners, here's a link to some pictures I took of a small 914 drive I co-organized. (my teener was not there, I drove in the orange bug together with a friend)
On the pictures is also a very nice signal orange 914/6 total resto, fender flares... very clean.
Unfortunaltely only the thumbs work, I had to get the larger pics off to save space on my university account. but If you're really interested in any of them I still have them on my pc
