Just about got the inner CV back on with New Boot BUT that damn little ring just don't want to go back on. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/confused24.gif)
Any tricks, tips or tools that make this little job any easier?? New Snap Ring maybe?? Thanks in advance (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif) Ken Thanks guy's...27mm socket did the trick!! |

Sometimes the bell-washer is a bear to compress and another one will work better. Sometimes the snap-ring slot is buggered up and a bit of file work will clean it up enough to get it back on. I have used a good square punch to force it down now and then after it's close.
