Long story short, a member was supposed to send me an FI system, I paid through Paypal but, 4 months later, haven't gotten the items.
Anyone have experience using paypal to get the money back? The member has not responded to my emails and according to the forum, he hasn't been on in a while. Any recommendations? |

OK, I have given the individual time to come forward and provide me the refund of the money however, I have heard nothing either via personal email or forum PM.
So, maybe someone is nearby this person, Philip Pallante, his username is Justme. The information that I received from his personal email is as follows.
