I might have a buyer for my windshield. It is great
shape but it has white cloudy / haze along the bottom about 1inch high. I tried some of the basic
window cleaners but nothing works. Any tips on
how to clear this up? Also whats the best way to
remove / dissolve the black adhesive that is on
the glass?

If you wear glasses you may want to clean them unless you wear contacts in which case you should change to a new pair.
