Long story short, a member was supposed to send me an FI system, I paid through Paypal but, 4 months later, haven't gotten the items.
Anyone have experience using paypal to get the money back? The member has not responded to my emails and according to the forum, he hasn't been on in a while. Any recommendations? |

My last issue with e-Bay, I sent a money order to pay for some wheels I won. I never got the wheels and the guy stopped responding. I checked and someone else won another auction from the same guy for a similar set of wheels and never got them either.
The other buyer used PayPal and they refunded his money. E-Bay told me I was shit out of luck and were useless. I finally called the Police in the sellers town in Minnesota and opened a case. They had me talk to a Deputy Sheriff that actually drove over to the guys house and told him to send the wheels or return the money. I finally got the money back, but without the Police Helping, nothing would have happened. lesson learned. |
