Do they have a conversion for the Type IV to use an upright cooling fan like the 911 or Type 1?

DO NOT go with the 911 style shroud , I made that mistake back 2004 , I've
had my share of issue's ( mainly unbalanced temps between cylinders ) , I didn't do my reserach & I chose because of the LOOK's & the COOL factor , I didn't think much about the IMPORTANT part , the FUNCTION of it (IMG:style_emoticons/default/sad.gif) , If I was to do it over I would go with the DTM v2 ( 914 version ) or possibly a horizontal style ,again must do reserach . Ok confession over (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif) Bill D. Attached image(s) ![]() |
